Sacred Space for Discourse on Race
Hakima’s Table is a curated series of facilitated discussion circles designed to help individuals, groups, and teams engage racism with honesty, courage, and care. Rooted in the belief that transformation happens in common discourse, Hakima’s Table brings people together to unpack how anti-Black racism undergirds all racism and operates at all levels in order to practice more just, accountable, and humane ways of being.

Community Conversations
These discussion groups are facilitated conversations designed for people who want to explore racism and its impact in community and in their home and work lives. Topics may include lived experiences, current events, internalized beliefs, systems of power, and pathways toward collective transformation and reparation.

Learning Communities

Dinner and Dialog
Dinner for 8 is served at Sankofa House. Hakima serves her homemade soup and bread while facilitating a discussion on a pre-selected racism topic. Participants can sign up for a dinner club and join the conversation.

Private Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching provides a confidential, personalized space for deeper reflection and growth. These sessions are ideal for people navigating leadership roles, personal awakenings, workplace challenges, or moments of discomfort related to race and equity.

Organizational Circles
Racism Soup also offers customized discussion circles for corporate organizations, teams, and institutions seeking meaningful engagement beyond check-the-box diversity training. Programs are customized based on organizational needs and can be delivered online or in person.
