Hakima's consulting is focused on radical antiracism and can help organizations address and eradicate systemic
racism within their structures and practices.
Her mission is to transform your organization to be radically
antiracist. "Radical antiracism" refers to an approach that seeks to address and dismantle systemic racism at its core.
Consulting goes beyond surface-level diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by challenging the deeply rooted structures, policies, and practices that perpetuate racial inequalities.
